Making "spouse" and "partner" labels toggleable in CAS

I was really happy to see that the game has updated the language for romantic relationships to default to the gender neutral "partner" and "spouse." I think having the game default to these terms is ...

Please bring these labels back. It could be implemented like the utensil preference, so that it is customized per Sim who either use binary or non-binary labels or if that's too complicated, an overall setting to choose whether to use binary or non-binary language. With the next patch to fix up a few family tree bugs, this would be the perfect opportunity.
