It would be cool to be able to :
@SimulationbBuilds, those Get to Work career lots do not revert back. Only the Get Famous career lot does that. Since it was the first EP, they did not allow access to change the police station, hospital, or science lab without the "enablefreebuild" cheat. With those specific special lots there are requirements to make them functional for the career. The studio lot is locked because the stage changes based on gig. While we are given access more freely to change the other lots mentioned, those were in the final few EPs.
See on a map special lots, like the ones (Police Station, Willow Creek Hospital, FutureSim Labs) in Get to Work for the active careers or for the Plumbob Pictures in Del Sol Valley
I think they didn't include this because of how those careers function. For example no matter what you do, if you were to use cheats to edit those career lots. They reset back to how they are meant to be. So it would be basically useless to be able to go in and re-build them.
