Mealtime calming

When the call to dinner echoes through the Sims' house.  It would be good if diners didn't start eating until everyone was at the table. The dining situation would be calm, no one would rush away from the table, but it could be a time for family conversation. The point is that diners don't get up from the table to wash things and go their separate ways before I have given permission to get up from the table. The person I designated would then be the last to collect the dishes and either put them in the dishwasher or wash them by hand. It would somehow feel like a more creative family mealtime routine.

Same mess in the restaurant. Dishes wouldn't be cleared until everyone had eaten and the waiters would actually take them away, not leave them on other tables.
