Mermaid refresh

@BLsWnd ,  I don't think they are doing refreshes anymore, but I still clicked Me Too on this because as fantastic as the Mermaids look, their gameplay is lacking compared to Vampires, Spellcasters, and Werewolves! It's a shame because I really like mermaids.

    @PugLove888 Same. I highly wish the best for mermaids but if we don't have a refresh or an exclusive pack for them i wish a Fairy GP coukd help them, since sometimes they're considered a type of fairies.
