Can we get this career? At least get a weather channel/app for our simphones?

Would be nice. Wasn't there one back in TS2? Or was that just the TV channel, I'm really hoping to get a weather channel again - I think this would make for an awesome active career though.. Like the ones from GTW. Though I don't have any expectations about that.
