We need:
- More Elevators
- Te ability to have more than one elevator per lot
- Old fashioned Elevators and modern Elevators
- Spiral stair cases
- escalators

I don't enjoy building rental units because of our limited use of elevators. What's the point in making our Sims climb 3 flights up after a hard and long day's work. It would be different if it at least counted toward exercise... but it doesn't.
Ooh! escalators! Yes! would be great for building malls/shopping centers.
