I don't know if I can honestly say there is an accurate albinisms shade in Sims 4 at this time either for those African or otherwise with albinisms. But I'd never consider an African (or one with African decent) with albinisms as Caucasian because it would be incorrect.
Maybe as some one who is older, where at that time we did lump Caucasian into "white skinned of European origin" for so long, and it is still on our official forms and surveys this way, it is still a habit term to use. But so many people do get offended when you say white/black/brown, and it is very true the issue of lumping people into the African American category when they are not, especially when I knew more African individuals (from Congo, Nigeria, Malawi, etc.) than African American individuals. But that I am aware of there are some areas of the world where the term black is an acceptable term, I believe the UK uses it.
Because Sims is a US franchise, I think we get a lot of US hang ups and baggage. Where some other areas of the world who play Sims do not have these same issues or at least to the same extent.
I think the long and the short of it, is somewhat agreed on, the ultra fair, very fair, fair, etc. skin shades have both unnatural/odd looking swatches and are overall lacking.
