Multi Lot Option

I am currently building on a lot where I have 5 separate units much like you might see if you walked down a historic main street.  Where each building is a shop or a restaurant and there are apartments/flats above them where the owners live or rent out.

I would love the option for a multi lot option, where each unit similar to For Rent can be designated BUT as a business, a bar, a restaurant, tea shop, with options to rent or live in the building.  

I currently have it set to generic but it's hard to have someone live and work there and there are never enough staff allowed to come in on the lot.

It would really be a great addition and is so similar to the way the rentals in for rent work but just for businesses.  Hopefully EA will consider this option.
