In real life, RNs don’t just provide patient care—they can also manage teams, oversee compliance, and step into leadership roles like Director of Nursing, where they handle staff, policies, and care standards (Wikipedia, bosmedicalstaffing.com). In Sims 4, this branch could start with floor-nurse tasks such as caring for patients and administering treatment, then progress into roles like Patient Care Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, or Director of Nursing, with degree requirements in Biology or Nursing for advancement.
