Music Shouldn’t Speed Up in Fast Mode

When we switch the game to fast mode, the music coming from stereos in the game shouldn’t speed up. There’s really no need for the music to accelerate along with the game speed.

I also have another suggestion regarding the music during loading screens and in the CAS (Create-A-Sim) area. It would be great if players could disable certain tracks and only keep the ones they like, so the game rotates between their selected favorites. There are melodies I really love, and I would enjoy hearing only those.

I left a negative comment when Enchanted by Nature was released, but I actually liked the latest pack, Royalty & Legacy. The clothing was beautiful. However, the hairstyles still need improvement. It would be great to see more voluminous long hairstyles and more modern blunt cuts.

More importantly, I really appreciated the gameplay additions: the king giving speeches, holding court, requesting advisors, rival dynasties, and even the waltz at the ball. The waltz animation had a few minor flaws, but honestly, I wasn’t expecting much because of the wedding pack, so it was a pleasant surprise.

  • Stereo music "speed up" can be changed under Audio settings. I was living with this since I started playing (L&D), and just this week realized I can untoggle the speed up of music X /

  • I personally enjoy having the stereo music speed up. It feels a bit more immersive, same with TV screens getting all smushed up, lol. But yeah, there is currently a setting to toggle off the sped up stereo music in the options menu.

Thanks for pointing that out. I somehow never noticed it before. You just saved my game.🤗

Thank you. I didn’t realize there was a setting for that. And your point about the sped-up music being immersive is interesting—I hadn’t thought about it that way.

I think I might actually enjoy hearing the music at its normal speed while my Sims are gaining skills.
