Good News, I believe this is already on the Devs radar for fixes. They had an information gathering campaign for Eating, Dinning, and Dine Out recently on Discord, Reddit and we have a post on the forums Food, Dining and Drink Feedback | EA Forums - 13372127.

If your post gets merged with it or moved, don't worry and hopefully we will see great fixes and updates to food, eating, dining and Dine Out in the next coming months!
