I’ve completed all the event quests, but I still don’t have enough points to unlock the final reward. Is this a bug or is it intended that you can’t reach the last reward just by doing all the quests?
I think, I know the answer to Your question. You're not alone. I can't claim the two last awards. Throughout the Event there was some optional event quests for Us. I didn't fulfill them all, hence can't claim the last rewards.
I also cannot claim the last two rewards. It should not say optional and then you just don't all the rewards. I think that is a really wrong way for them to run the event.
