QoL Update: change all items swatches at once

Build/Buy mode: I'd love a "CHANGE ALL" button to swap all the other items at once.

Sometimes I place curtains in a swatch... only to change my mind and choose something different. (Also, imagine building a huge castle and wanting to change all the windows on a floor, or all bushes in a garden layout, or all the similar lamps in a room for example).
