I did the Nature's Calling event and I evidentially have completed all the quests, at least that's what the game tells me, but I don't have enough event points to claim the last three rewards. I didn't do the "extra" quests, mainly because I don't own those packs" but I thought they were, you know, extra. Why am I short EP to claim the last three rewards?
The last three rewards (actually the last six, even) are all things you can earn by playing the game at any time anyway: simoleons, satisfaction points and potions from the reward store. I'm in the same boat, could not do any optional tasks and did not unlock those last three rewards, but I expect it is by design. I would be upset if I was missing out on any event exclusives.
EDIT: That said, it might have led to less frustration among players if this had been clarified in the event interface itself, from the start.
same here — i couldn’t get the last reward either. i did all the tasks I could, but since i don’t own some packs, a few stayed incomplete. they really should have adjusted the event for that beforehand.
Yeah, that's intentional. The "optional" quest objectives are not optional at all. I just couldn't be bothered to do them.
