Neighborhoods with tones of fake buildings looks dead...

I see that every new pack has a huge problems with fake houses. Ok... that decorations makes area more detailed and nice, but there are no activities for our Sims or no Sims in general. Mirage Park in...

Pretty good, but I think it might be too big to handle for TS4. I'd shrink the map and move a few things. Thoughts?

Regarding Wakaba in Mt. Komorebi, I would've just created the lower neighborhood, but had it be entirely playable lots.
