Neighborhoods with tones of fake buildings looks dead...

I see that every new pack has a huge problems with fake houses. Ok... that decorations makes area more detailed and nice, but there are no activities for our Sims or no Sims in general. Mirage Park in...

The biggest problem in City Living is lack of space for community lots, small number of apartments, no possibility to build our own apartments and very bad Uptown. Standard skyscrapers could be much more better.
