@JackOnYourBack I absolutely agree, this unfinished state is just sad. I was so happy when they first introduced Neighborhood Stories, but I also expected them to expand on it.
I was really hoping that they would add something for Lovestruck, it would have been so fitting.
And I understand that you don't want to use mods, after all it shouldn't have to be necessary for stuff like this. But if you ever change your mind (or someone else is interested): I made a mod that adds marriage to Neighborhood Stories (it's called "Neighborhood Stories: Marriage" on CurseForge).
@lucombre I checked once and I think they actually do add a little amount on the romance bar, but the relationship will be culled superfast, so basically the game is working against itself.
