Neighbourhood Stories update - marriage, please?!

Can you please update neighbourhood stories to include marriage this year? As it is right now it is useless without mods (that I don't want to play with) because any sims not already married at the ...

they should add marriage, divorce, split households, create another household, join other households into neighbourhood stories
