New gameplay ideas!

I'm disappointed we haven't new aspirations in the new pack such as BECOME NOBLE/THE GREATEST KNIGHT. Then I'd like you add the ROYAL TV CHANNEL and patronages for noble sims.

I don't like family name in the family tree
I don't like that the sims team put child of cousin instead of second cousin which is what there are know has in the real would. I couldn't find eny were to put this so I made a new one.
