New Sim Trait and Bug Fix

The new trait is called Fire Aware, when a Sim has this trait, it unlocks a few new actions, if Sims are idle, the Fire Aware Sim will be able to use the action Educate on fire safety, this will gather all Sims that are available to a central location, preferably the Living Room, the Sim who used the action will stand in front of the Sims that are gathered and will automatically lecture them on fire safety this will automatically reduce the chances of a fire spawning regardless of a Sims cooking level this will not stop a fire from spawning, merely reducing its chances. This Sim is more likely to lead the others to safety.

Bug fix: 

There is a certain bug with appliances or any electronic or plumbing related item where if it is marked as unbreakable and an angry gnome or lot challenge tries to break it, the item will still break; but since it is marked as unbreakable you cannot actually repair the item, and if you attempt to repair it, you will be forced into an infinite repair loop.
