New Starting Options to The Sims 4 which should be easy...

Starting by creating a brand new household is fine. But I wish there were more options. For one, the way that previous titles started, whereby you chose an existing household to play with. I'm aware ...

I've had the game since release.  I may be misremembering but I thought that originally you went into Manage Worlds and chose which household to play from there (or created a new one, but it was changed because some people wanted to get straight into playing existing sims.
