NO ADS on Title Screen until you fix the dim screen bug
I'm dead tired of opening the game, closing out ads (often for content I literally already own), and then getting a dim screen that requires restarting the game to close the ads out again.

listen to me and listen to me very well, I am not trying to be mean but I've heard that a whole lot of people have been complaining about this very situation that I'm having. I need EA to remove all them ads thats currently in Sims 4. Because for some god knows what reason SIMS 4 KEEPS GRAYING OUT! And I do not know what to do to stop it, I tried removing all mods and cc's but still keeps graying out so EA needs to fix this so I can play please and thank you. PLEASE FIX MY GAME SO I CAN PLAY INCLUDING MY FELLOW SIMMERS! I love the sims it actually teaches me more about like decorating so I need this game please fix IT EA thank you very much....
P.S. I do not want to have to make another feedback about this please thank ever so much!

Just wanted to let you know that you placed your post in the General Chat part of the Forums, when it really does need to be in the Feedback section. And I'm sorry that you're having that issue with your game. I'm not a techie type of person, but I'm wondering if the greying out you're experiencing could mean you need to replace your screen? (I've had something similar happen to me and that's what I needed at the time.)
Whatever the case, I wish you luck getting the issue resolved. 😊

I'll take that a step further and say NO ADS on the title screen, period. :P
It's also strange that the background is updated in offline mode, the Gallery is offline but the shop is still online.
We paid for the game, drop the ads.
The only the ads succeed at is making me not wanting to play anymore. And thus not buying anymore, because there's no point in buying DLC if I don't enjoy the game anymore.
Close the ads by using the escape-button. Worked for me.
I'm just going to start bumping this every single time it happens.
