No Rocks/Dig Spots in Mourningvale

This might be intended in which case sorry for the extra work mods, but I’ve played dozens of hours in mourningvale in both modded and unmodded saves and I have yet to see a single dig spot spawn. It’s a little frustrating since it’s such a mystical map and flavor wise makes for a really fun home for Gemologist sims.
