Outdoor structures don't keep you dry

None of the structures I tried kept any of my sims dry and objects placed under these would be covered in snow, not just snow on the ground under the structures.  I ended up creating "roofs" and the "roof" count as rooms so my sims never fulfill the "outdoorsy" requirements.   I will attach a PNG showing the snow under (or in) these  structures - and thinking about it now, I did not test each "covered hot tub".

I know these were like this back in October 2025 when I completed my Flea Market.  Today, May 2026, I still cannot use any of these in my Flea Market due to snow being on everything under them and customer sims complaining about being wet!  Maybe we can fix these?  I would greatly appreciate it.  I refuse to turn my "weather system off" as I love walking in the rain!!  Customers don't! 🙃

The ones I am unsure about, may not be meant to keep sims/objects dry and not covered in snow.
