Pets Too Needy?

Ok, I love playing the pets and having them in game but I feel like they are really needy like more so then actual pets in real life? Maybe it's just me? But having to like pet them etc like every 10 ...

If anyone could answer.
My dog no matter what trait I put is too needy. How do I make my dog stop being so annoying?

[GTW] Cell Doors Can't Be Used on Residential Lots and Venues
The cell doors don't have close or open options that make them functional on residential lots or venues. The only option is to "Release From Cell".
