Pets Too Needy?
Ok, I love playing the pets and having them in game but I feel like they are really needy like more so then actual pets in real life? Maybe it's just me? But having to like pet them etc like every 10 ...

Sims pets need constant attention, or they run away. It's so extreme. It needs to be dialed back a bit. Spending a couple hours with your pet each day should suffice. The rest of the time they have automatic feeders, beds, toys, and other pets to keep them cared for and entertained. They shouldn't require absolutely endless human interaction (especially cats, let's be real).
