@161206012 a lot of nose piercings are added with expansion packs. Discover University has them and off the top of my head I can't remember where the others came from. I'll know when I'm in my game later.
But if you play on PC I've seen some cool CC piercings. I'm on console so can't use CC unfortunately.
I'd definitely really like to see more piercings added though. For the nose and different parts of the ear in particular.
Edit: Werewolves, Eco Lifestyle, Fashion Street are the other packs that add nose piercings.
