Please care for dependents!

I have a sim who is in the Scientist career and her husband is currently a stay-at-home dad. But I notice that their infant does not get cared for while I'm at work with my main sim, leading to the infant becoming almost starved literally and socially. I would love to be able to set my sim that's at home to "care for dependents", like how we're able to set sims to "work hard" or "socialize" while at work or school or "care for self" for sims that are on a separate lot.

On a similar note, (I don't if this has already been addressed in the forums or by the teams that take care of bugs and other issues) I've noticed that toddlers or infants that are sent to daycare also do not receive proper care.
