I was so excited for Plantsims to be updated in Enchanted by Nature and absolutely frustrated by the fact that they still all have to look the same with that ugly hair. We even got such a cool new plant hairstyle with this pack that we can't even put on them! That's ridiculous! Let us change their appearance to something else, this is just absurd and so frustrating and annoying.
While the plantsim hair is special and has ties to more than just looks. I think we are way past due for another one even if its just a conversion of a medium and long option from the base game. On that note I think any changes made here should be locked behind the "Enhanced by Nature" pack.
Yes, for the love of God, PLEASE. There is literally no reason for that horrible pixie to be the only plantsim hair. In the Sims 2 default hair made sense as it was literally LEAVES. But this is just hair. Why on earth can't we give them the literal leaves that came in EBN? And what's even the point of those leaves without that option?!
I don't really like turning my sims into plant sims, but I do have to see them now and again thanks to Enchanted by Nature, and yeah, that hair is AWFUL. It would make more sense for them to have all hairs available, just in green.
The way that they also don't like that stylistic choice by making the event character use a ginger bun hair while being a plantsim but don't care to change it on gameplay is annoying.
As someone else pointed out, it's also unfair to ppl playing as sims with textured hairstyles to be forced to have this weird hair too.
I'm still holding out hope that the Plant Sims will get a touch up soon in a base game update! Even with past features such as Infants and the like - they're associated by the Sims community with the pack that came out around the same time, but they were actually introduced by a base game update set around the time of the pack's release. There's still the base game update on August 19th coming up?? Fingers crossed!
I haate every time I give my Plant Sims cool leafy CC hairs in CAS, only for them to update to the default Plant Sim hair during gameplay <//3
Plant sims are so badly handled by EA i don't even know what their deal is with them.
I agree, I just want to have a cute, whimsical plant sim, but instead I have to look at a disappointment.
