Please make burnout optional
Please make the burnout "feature" something we can toggle on/off in the settings. I hate it. It has drastically damaged my ability to enjoy this game. I don't want realism, I want to have fun playing...

@shinjitenoyamiBest you can do is just make sure they aren't constantly "working hard" while at work. click the icon and make them do the "fun / social stuff" while at work for a couple days out of the week. It shouldn't affect job performance all that much.
I don't know if it was because my sim was a perfectionist or what but the default for her at work was always "work hard." Simply changing her work habit to normal and (marine biologist so "play with fish") every few days kept her from getting dazed and burnt out.
