Please update the Flea Market from City Living!

This seems like a low-hanging fruit in terms of game improvements, and was mentioned recently in a YouTube video by EnglishSimmer as one of the key features that needs an update:

Please make the flea market incorporate more furniture from across the game and owned packs! If a greater variety of furniture/accessories was sold there I would be excited to visit with my sims. As it is, it’s an extremely boring and useless festival, but it has potential to be much better!
