@MandizZorman , I agree and have thought the same thing for years! While there are always exceptions, in general, approved exercise is good for mother and baby! I find this similar to how in the game Elder Sims usually almost die with exercise, even though in real life I know many elders who exercise regularly, and it helps them live longer, healthier lives! While exceptions always exist, I find the gameplay on both of these accounts to be extreme, and very annoying!
