Are you able to elaborate how? Ive tested this with a friend, spamming multiple interactions and ways to earn practically most of the playful moodiest and ive never been able to achieve the Hysterical State required without cheats.
My Sim is in the Lovestruck career and was in a park with friends telling jokes and giving romantic advice. Back at home, watching the Reality Dating Channel while joking with his brother killed him.
PS: If you have multiple Sims in your household, give one of them great-storyteller trait and tell impertinent stories. If your Sim is in playful mood, let him do the laser game with a cat.
