I feel like it's a bit ridiculous to have ads IN the game, especially considering many of us actually already bought the game. We're playing it already (or we would be, because I've already heard plenty of people say they actively won't be playing because of this 'update'), so I don't get we can't just enjoy the game, as laggy as it can be
I've dumped 2000+ hours and probably $1000+ into Sims 4 as I am mentally ill and it's my comfort game and was really excited for the gem pack and cautiously excited for rene/Sims 5.
This is it. This is the final thing, I think. They never cared about making an enjoyable, functional game, fixing existing problems, taking care of the community, only getting my money which I was stupid and ill enough to give them.
I'm booting up my computer to uninstall and delete all ea stuff as I'm pretty sure this is never getting better. I feel awful because I've been recommending this game for years ☹️
