I had trouble with the Magic Bean stump. the option to place beans did not appear till I closed/opened game. took a bit of troubleshooting to get something to make it work. but it finally did.
after this, the ui said thanks for playing! but the last 3 rewards were locked due to not enough reward points.
not the greatest rewards, but they were still mine to receive.
I was locked out of the very last Event reward due to being 10 Experience points short, with no way to finish whatever created the shortfall. It's only a potion, so I can definitely live without it, but something is obviously glitched if there is no obvious way to finish with a full set of points.
Just came her to see if anyone else had this too! I don't have the last three rewards either but finished the quests fully according to wiki without any issues. But I also don't have any of the pks that would get you bonus points for this event though and I think that's causing the issue this time for some reason even though it said it wouldn't affect getting everything..

I only have a few packs as well. I understood the other tasks to be "optional" but this is ts4, it trips you up. my sim wants their 10K, yo.

This is happening to me as well, but it is the last two rewards. No mods installed.
Hi, I believe that last three rewards are locked, because you didn't do all the optional quests. I finished the entire event with all optional quests completed (you need to do the optional quests first, otherwise they will disappear from the quest queue - it was stated in the info about the event) and I claimed all the rewards including last three. I can also confirm that if someone was playing the event with the base game only and didn't do any optional quests, they will not get the last three rewards. It was stated at the information about the event on the EA The Sims 4 web page, that people who will do optional quests, will recieve extra rewards, so I believe those last three rewards are those extra rewards, therefore it's not a bug, it's just how it was intended.
If you're locked out of all rewards because you didn't complete the "optional" events, that's means they weren't optional. It's un-intuitive, and poorly implemented. Considering the hoops many of us had to jump through to get the event to work at all, I'm not surprised "optional" was skipped. Considering the quality and cost of these release, this is foul play, at best.
