Yeah it's a bit of a weird suggestion but I think it will be a bit more realistic if pregnancies were a bit longer. I think 9 days is more suitable as every trimester could be every 3 days. But I also think that we could have more choices in the game settings where we could choose how long pregnancies last ourselves. Just an idea I'd thought I'd share. Would love your feedback for it. Three days too short? No, it's not. Especially not for short lifespan, where even one day pregnancy may be too long.
Still, I sure support your suggestion for more options for the lengthy of pregnancy.
But then again, since they added the science baby option to the game, I hardly ever used the regular pregnancy. Only problem is, science baby costs money. But it's money well invested IMO.

Don't worry about it. We all make mistakes. Like I said it is my honest opinion that it is too short for a pregnancy. What I'm getting at is that once a sim gets pregnant, the days just fly by like it's in a rush, if you know what I mean.
I wouldn't want the pregnancy length to be longer, but I'm a fan of options, so it would be cool if the length could be extended for those who want it.
Fair enough. Like you said it would be nice for those who want a longer pregnancy for their sims. Choice of the number of days could be like: 3, 6 or 9 days
I don't really play families or pregnancies, however, the games relativity options could definitely be tweaked (including pregnancies) with a slider option. I feel the hours in a day could be longer (not by much 1.2 to 1.5), pregnancies could range 3, 6 and 9 days for example, and so on.
