That would be a fun feature.
You know one work around would be to save the Sim to your library, then keep adding them to the household from the library, merging households rather than replacing.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have 8 sims on a property and want to add another two from another lot. I have increased the max number in the household to 16 using MCCC, but I still can't add the other two, as it still says there are too may. Anything I can do about that?

- @Dave1942 Have you tried shift-clicking them in Live mode? There should be an option to "add to family" from there. You can't cheat CAS limits, but that should be a workaround. I don't know what would happen if you were to load CAS after doing so, but it is my understanding that the extra sims just won't show in CAS. Good luck!
