It is a life simulation game but it's also way for escapism for many simmers...a lot of simmers. Real life tragedy or health issues in the game is Not why I play the sims.
I don't see how menopause and miscarriages are going to add positivity and whimsical gameplay to a teen game.
Feedback is blinding with all the ultra realistic request in a rated G or teen rated game.
There are great adult mods available for sims 4 that address your concerns,but don't impose them on the teen community here.
Teens will find these mods if they want them.
How many teens are thinking about menopause?..

That's your answer to everything is getting a mod? Not all mods are safe, some mods are behind a paywall or you have to download other mods to get the mod you want...no thank you.
Also Sims is rated teen yes but previous games had everything under the sun yet menopause basically not getting pregnant having a hot flashes and a steam coming from your head is too much? Even though we already have those animations in the game?
