Re: Testers?

How is it that each and every time Sims decides to release another "update", the team doesn't take into account that their updates will impact the mods and CC? Do they not test the updates? They seem to rush the process of releasing their stuff and think little of those of us who play the game regularly. Now here we sit again, waiting for them to fix their issues which have now become our issues...may I suggest new Project Managers that actually play the game? Or care about those of us who buy the packs, or those that take the time to create mods and CC that make the game more enjoyable....hmmmmmm

They devs are not required to be responsible for mods and cc. That is up to the modder to update to work with the game. Unfortunately this time something they did to make the new "makerplace" content work blocked how the game used to read and recognize CC package files. I am not happy about it, but predicted it might happen. I always remove my script mods since those usually need updates to work, but cas and build/buy CC normally works.
