I love the Cats & Dogs expansion pack, but why must the interaction "Short Walk" take like 5-8 *sim* hours... lol. Around the block a few times is enough for me, but my sim walks the dog around the whole town for endless amounts of *sim* hours. I could walk the dog at 3pm and my sim and the dog won't return till like 10pm. That's CRAZY. 1 or 2 *sim" hours would be more efficient. 🙂
@GenniBenni I get round this by telling them to Go Home after I think they've walked enough and once they get home I cancel the Short Walk command and click the leash icon under the task queue, or they set off walking again.
It takes absolutely hours otherwise. It makes them late for everything. So much for a quick walkies before work!
