This is apparently under investigation, but I have been checking up on it once in a while for like the past 2 months. For active households, I do use a mod so it doesn't decay as fast, but I'd prefer it retuned and fixed.
I wasn’t sure if it was intended that way or a bug which is why I made the post. Guess I should’ve checked first which is my bad. But it’s good to know it’s being looked into.
Honestly, you never know in this game and with these forums LOL
