Remove pointless notifications and spammy ones too

I hate my sim can't talk to someone without getting my sim learnt sim 2 has x skill- Why does this need to be said? It doesn't. Also, the fabrication skill is super annoying because Sims love to passively talk about then get heaps of these. Sim 1 has learnt to fabricate notifications- can these notifications be hidden? Could you perhaps set game options for what player would like to have included or excluded from their notification bar?
