reorganize the item

First, English is not my first langue, so please understand if there were some mistakes.

The classification of building items should be re-categorized.
In particular, the classification of decorative items is mixed up.
Some toilet paper hangers are in the toilet decor category and some are just in the item category.
Some neon signs are just wall decorations, but some go into the lights. It's really annoying.
And I think EA need to create a new pollution decoration category.
Being in the rug category just because it's on the floor adds to the confusion.
Most of the Sims 4's architectural items are decorative items, but even the same kind have different categories, so it's very hard to find them. Please, please, please, please reorganize the items...
