Ever since dine out was released, I've hoped EA would expand the dining experience by adding additional features for more casual dining. For instance, you could run a small business that operates like a buffet or cafeteria. Sims could also operate market stalls on community venues like concessions stand. Home chef has to some extent resolved this by allowing sims to operate a food sales table. But I'd also like to see food truck and take away style dining businesses. I also wouldn't mind if home chef was refreshed to add a portable food stand that was compatible with large kitchen appliances such as a deep fryer or grill. What if someone wanted to have a hot dog and hamburger stand? Even if you cook items at home and stock the food stand once you've traveled to the designated location, you can't restock on site, since large appliances aren't compatible. What if you wanted to have a sim cook food on the appliance for re-stocking and another sim tend the food sales event?
If only. Also I’d like the ability for Dine Out the menu be our own. Like there are SOOOO many recipes especially if you have MODS that add more. Some of those in the restaurant have that like restaurant touch in how it’s plated but still like maybe that could be a technique added to make one of the recipes more “fancy” on the plate.
