Decayed furniture in the game would be a nice realistic change. This could add to the maid and handyman options in the game or just allow the player to fix and replace items.

When a sim is at their dirtiest state is how furniture and walls need to decay. Super grimy, used and abused furniture. 🙂

You could make a decay mod for the sims! That would be rotten and Awesome!

edit: I like grunge in my game to offset or clash with the rich lifestyles.
