What the title says, once you hit rank 10 in the noble career and would normally start to get raises, it just gets stuck at the max instead and you will never get any raises.

Missing a HUGE trick here.
Imagine this. You're a great monarch. You make excellent choices. You use your earnings to financially invest so that you can reduce taxes, donate to kingdom fund and over time the local economy improves.
Imagine also you're a greedy monarch. You don't invest, you keep it all to yourself. You raise taxes to earn more. Slowly confidence in the economy suffers and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.
Earnings could track with that.
The thing is with the Nobility Career is that it is VERY easy to reach Monarch, and it's kinda done and complete once you get there.
