What the title says, once you hit rank 10 in the noble career and would normally start to get raises, it just gets stuck at the max instead and you will never get any raises.

Added the tags, I own the game on the EA app, and all expansions there too, but I installed the Steam client of the game so I could change language (I want English, but have to use Swedish so I can get the proper time settings, 24h and not am/pm lol)
I just want to add that this seems to happen not just on this career but other DLC careers as well. For example, I can't get raises as a Romance Consultant either. This report comes from a PlayStation player.
Some other careers were called design.

It would be so handy if the game would tell you if you can earn raises or not on a tooltip somewhere so there's no confusion over it.
Godddd this is so annoying, I definitely need Kings to have overmaxing becaause it's ridiculous that the King of a literal country only gets ~3K simoleons a day. Belgium's monarch is one of the 'poorest' in Europe and even he gets 32K a day
We need overmaxing for the reigning monarch. 3K is nothing.

If it is by design then why does the game highlight the checkmark for promotion without the option of actually do it? This should be nulled out/greyed out if no longer a factor at level 10.
Let's put it this way then. It removes the sense of progression from that "career" as once you reach the top spot, which is also quite easy, you're just... there, done and don't really need to pay any more attention to the daily mechanics that much.
I partially understand the choice as it also seems the tax rate affects the daily pay (unless I totally saw that wrong).
Why not make it then so you get something from it atleast, let us earn some satisfaction points instead of a raise? Or some other way to earn nobleman points with this that you can continuosly spend on some mechanic... Just, something.
If you get yourself famous and pick the trait for double salary, it does work with the noble career too. So that did a lot and in a way becomes almost mandatory.
