[S] [LS] Constantly raining in Ciudad Enamorada in spring

I'm only now playing a family in Ciudad Enamorada now, and it rains almost every single day all through spring. Now that I'm close to summer and can see the forecast, it doesn't look like this is goi...

I've tried it in a vanilla game. Everytime I enter a new game in Ciudad Enamorada in Spring, it's cloudy and the forecast is all rain and cloudy days. I tried one starting in summer and it was better, but I think spring in this world is just excessively rainy.

    I don't know if it's a bug or not though. It might be moved on to Feedback by a CM.
