[S] Poorly balanced weather

Poorly balanced weather (seasons). It's impossible to enjoy the weather in any game. In summer, there are thunderstorms all day long. When I take my Sims on vacation, it's pouring rain. They can't do anything outside because they have uncomfortable moodlets or they run away from the storm. In winter, there are very frequent snowstorms. I really like these effects, but their frequency is too high. There's also no option to manually adjust the weather. You can only disable the storm and blizzard section. However, it still rains constantly.
