[S] [V] Ghosts/Vampires have a breath visual effect in cold weather

Hi!

This is not a major issue, but I've noticed that ghosts have the breath visual effect, given by seasons, when they are in cold areas. I have also noticed this occurs with vampires.

I believe this is a new bug, since I played the game a few years ago (although I may very well be misremembering), and vampires did not have any visual breath effects. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but I wanted to bring it to the team's attention, just in case. I love all the new occult gameplay recently added (:
